Say something to someone who looks like they need a kind word.
Pull back and pause in that situation that made you so mad at someone that you just had to say something. And then let it go.
Call them. You know who I am talking about.
Catch yourself judging someone else and stop yourself.
Replace a negative thought with a… “I wonder if they are going through something” thought.
Continue that thought with “I wonder if I can help.”
React with a supportive touch to someone.
Make someone smile.
Say hello to someone on the street and wish them a good day.
Make peace with someone today.
Be kind to yourself and then pass it on.
