The Leadership Assessment Tool
Your company/brand is a living, breathing, heart organism and You as the leader are responsible for its health. If any part of your team is unhealthy, your company/brand suffers. Just like with your own physical health, your company/brand needs regular checkups to ensure that everyone on your team (including you) is operating at their highest level.

Your On The Surface Test results are in and your C.O.R.E. looks strong. Your heart is functioning well, your company/brand blood is flowing, no clogged communication, stress is being managed and blood pressure is low with no room for explosions.
Diagnosis: From your perspective as a leader, you communicate clearly, compassionately and consistently. You are on point with the company/brand mission and highly productive and self-care and wellness are a top priority for you as a leader. Relationships are strong and you are actively engaged in the business of executing your brand vision expertly. As the leader, you take great care of yourself and you pay close attention to both the numbers and the relationships.
Prescription: Make certain that there is no disease forming underneath the surface. In our work together, we can make sure that undiagnosed problems don’t grow in to full blown illness for your brand.
117 – 137: Pre-disease Stage and your C.O.R.E. is starting to show signs of weakness
Disease has already begun and you and your company/brand are starting to feel it. The complications are showing up in breakdowns in communication, poor engagement in conflict and productivity is not on point with the company/ brand mission. You may have tried to cover it up with bandaid attempts at ineffective solutions but the heart and soul of the company/brand are starting to feel the effects and cracks are beginning to show. You have known for awhile that things are not right but you have been able to put on a good face to the outside world. But now your suspicions are confirmed. You and your team are in danger of developing a full blown disease.
Prescription: First of all, breathe and feel grateful that you caught it before it spreads and puts you and your brand in cardiac arrest. Now is the time to determine the full extent of the damage done so far. 86 – 116: Stage 2 of a leadership threatening disease that is eating away at your C.O.R.E.

Communication and relationships are at a low and you and your brand are not the picture of health you envisioned when you first started to dream about your team. If you are honest with yourself, you had a strong sense of the diagnosis before you took this checkup.Prescription: Breathe and pause long enough to take it in.
